GRADING COMPLETE: All "Grading Complete" notices have been sent for all classes. Grades for the last few classes will be downloaded and finalized Thursday, after the 24 hour scrutiny period.
EXTENSION & WITHDRAWAL DEADLINE: All applications and requests must be received no later than the end of the day on Thursday, June 1st.
RECORDS AT HOME: It is permissible and encouraged that parents screen grab any grade books and download any digital assignments that they would like to archive.
OXROSE ARCHIVES: Oxrose will archive a complete copy of each grade book, but no homework is retained. All records and uploaded work will be deleted from the school site once it has been archived.
SUMMER EXTENSION STUDENTS: Continue to require students to work on the approved assignments and quizzes. Instructions for uploading work will be available soon. Extension students will not lose access until the end of the extension period, when their records will be archived.
REPORT CARDS: Student grade reports will be generated as the next step in closing out the year.
