MUSIC 4 ~ Music Theory and Voice

Course Description: This first course in the theory sequence develops proficiency with the diatonic materials of music, including scales, intervals, chords, root-position harmonic progressions, and voice-leading. Voice instruction is included throughout the year as part of the course as well. Students may take both or one or the other. See the Registration Form to register.

Recommended Age Range: 11th-12th or by permission

Requisite: Must have a piano or keyboard at home
