"The Ascension of the Lord" 14th c.

A Few Notes for the Week:

ASCENSION THURSDAY: This week we celebrate Ascension on Thursday, preceded by rogation days Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in preparation.

We will operate with a special schedule this week.
>> We will hold classes on Thursday
>> Students are encouraged to attend a different section, if that will allow them to attend early liturgy.
>> Missed classes for mass are, of course, excused, and participation can be made up in Tutor Times.
>> Instructors will take the usual step of working to complete tasks in class to allow greater time for prayer and liturgy.

RETIREMENT PARTY FRIDAY: We are saddened to be losing our wonderful math and science teacher, Mrs. Jessica Long, at the end of this year.  Mrs. Long has been pivotal in the hard work of getting our math and science program off the ground.  She has been a wonderful member of our community and will be very missed.

WHAT TO DO: All faculty, parents, students, and former students (spread the word) are invited to a retirement party in Mrs. Long's honor
