This unit is our last before retreating from our scholarly work to enter into the passion of Christ in Holy Week.

A few notes for the week:
ANOTHER REGULAR WEEK:  No tests or irregularities this unit.  Several grades do begin a new composition assignment.  Steady on!

LENTEN CHALLENGES: Don't forget to work on your challenges and get a limerick turned in.  Note the due dates on both in the League suite.  Keep an eye on the League page for updates on shields, the Mouseion, and the Abax Victoriae.

WRAP UP before REST: It is essential that students complete all work through unit 26, before beginning vacation. When we return there will not be time to address missing work or untaken quizzes or exams.
STUDENTS: This week you need to review your standing in each class, go speak with your instructors about any issues, make a plan to catch up all quizzes.  This week is your LAST CHANCE to do these things -- when we return there will not be time before we must turn our attention to finals and semester wrap up.  Don't forget to consider how close you are to any of the Academic Honors available in each course category.
PARENTS: Check in this week with your student and help him assess his status in each class, his game plan to address problems, and his work list to complete before going on break.  As you assess, consider the options available for struggling students as listed in the Handbook for 2021-22 (Section B, paragraph 5).

That is all for this week.  Head's down and finish strong, everyone!
Wisdom of the Saints: "For me, prayer means launching out of the heart towards God; it means lifting up one's eyes, quite simply, to Heaven, a cry of grateful love from the crest of joy or the trough of despair; it's a vast, supernatural force which opens out my heart, and binds me close to Jesus."
~ Saint Therese of Lisieux
