"Rejoice Jerusalem!"  Introit, Laetare Sunday

Welcome to UNIT 23:

SAVING DAYLIGHT: It was a time change weekend this last.  Be sure to adjust your clocks!

π DAY: The venerable feast of the ratio of the circumference of any circle to the diameter of that circle falls on Thursday, March 14th.  Please be sure to complete some geometry problems in celebration!

YEARBOOK PHOTOS: The yearbook editors volunteer a great deal of time to make the yearbook for us and ask us only to contribute this small effort.  Please take a moment THIS WEEK to upload your photo.

MIDTERM EXAMS: Let us say an extra prayer for all of those with midterms last week and this week.  This includes maths, sciences, and Latin.

CLT EXAMS: The Classical Learning Test testing days for Oxrose are just around the bend.
If you haven't already, please do consider signing up for the CLT with Oxrose, if you take more than half your courses here.  Not only is it a very helpful tool for us to understand student progress, it will be expected of those on graduation pathways through Oxrose in the future.

SIGN UP BY GRADE:
CLT   (11th & 12th), May 11, 2024
CLT10  (9th & 10th), April 10-11, 2024
CLT8  (8th grade), April 29-May 3, 2024
CLT7  (7th grade), April 22-26, 2024

If the dates for your grade won't work for you, please contact Mrs. Walker about signing up for a different date for the test, as available from the CLT.

POEM of the WEEK: "The Touch of the Master's Hand" by Myra Brooks Welch.  Recited by Isaac Thomas.

Student and instructor contributions for "Poem of the Week" are welcome.  Send a message to Mr. Rolling with "Poem of the Week," and the title and author of the poem you would like to recite.
