1 Corinthians 15:54-58
54 When the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the mortal puts on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written:
“Death is swallowed up in victory.”
55 “O death, where is thy victory?
O death, where is thy sting?”56 The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. 57 But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.
REMEDIAL DAY: Monday, February 16
IT IS ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL that you catch up quizzes, complete missed parts of assignments, organize materials for study & exams, work ahead on compositions, study for UNIT 22 and 23 exams, and, as usual, get all of your ducks in a row BEFORE enjoying the break. Please do not enter into vacation mode, until you have done so. Study Hall Times are open to ALL students and required for Remedial students. Please see the Dashboard for times.
SPRING BREAK: February 17-20
After remedial day, the school is closed this week for Spring Break. Ash Wednesday is also this week. There are no class meetings, tutor times, or new assignments. Instructors are off of messaging. The school site will remain available throughout the break for students catching up on work. We hope that everyone has a restful and rejuvenating holiday that prepares your soul for the season of Lent.
