Welcome to Unit 20!  As usual, here are a few notes for the week.

EXAMS WEEK
This week we have Great Books Orals, as well as written tests in TPT, History, and a few other places.
Parents: Please help students prioritize and manage the altered schedule, as well as provide support and extra time, as needed.
Students: Prioritize!  Exams count for much more than weekly assignments and do not have flexible due dates.  Focus on them first!  Ask for help studying (parents and tutor times).  Get help to make your schedule and stick to it.

ALTERED TUTOR TIMES
Great Books teachers (Messrs. Walsh, Krueger, and Keatley) may have altered schedules for their tutor times this week, as usual during Oral Exam weeks.  Watch messaging to track any changes for your classes.

CLT SIGN UP
Oxrose provides guidance throughout preparation and test taking, as well as prep classes for CLT 10 and CLT students.  Our dates are posted on the Dashboard.
Full Time Students: already signed up and have access to the CLT suite
Part Time Students: Sign up now using this link, NO LATER THAN the end of the day on WEDNESDAY, FEB. 15TH.

NEXT WEEK is SPRING BREAK
BUT, no vacation until you are caught up with work from units through 15-20.  After exams, assess your status and get things wrapped up.  Mr. Rolling will have an extended tutor time starting at 8 AM on Monday of break.

POEM of the WEEK
"The Bath Song" by J. R. R. Tolkien.  Recited by Felicity Shields.

Student and instructor contributions for "Poem of the Week" are welcome.  Send a message to Mr. Rolling with "Poem of the Week," and the title and author of the poem you would like to recite.
