Here we are in Unit 3. A few notes for this week, as usual:
> Chess Club Sign-Up: I am excited to announce a wonderful opportunity for students to join a Chess Club. Students will be trained in basic strategies and have opportunities for game play under the tutelage of Steven Bloom.

> Apply What You Learned: Last week was about getting clear how to do the work just as your teachers want it. This week, remember what each one said and do things just so! Don't forget homework feedback!
> Composition Deadlines: Comp 1 and 3, your final drafts are due this week. Recall that composition assignments CANNOT be late. Get them in early!
> League Kick Off: This week is officially pledge week. All new and returning students, go to the League page and complete the first challenge to qualify for participation in the League this year and (for new members) to qualify for house sorting.
If you don't see "The League" on your course list, contact Mr. Rolling!
