Subject Spotlight: Great Books, Entering the Great Conversation. Our Great Books program connects students to works from the great authors of Catholic and Western Civilization, but our courses are much more than open-ended discussion! These courses are 3-in-1 classes that integrate Literature, Philosophy, and Theology. Our teachers take an active role in exemplifying how a Christian engages with the great questions; They hold that there is truth and defend it! Courses are organized by historical period, progressing from antiquity to modernity, but arcing back to tradition to find the answers to the quandaries of today. Students learn to read, listen, speak, dispute, and relish the true, good, and beautiful things that our tradition has to offer. Read more about our Great Books program here and here.
