We rejoice with the Church at the beatification of Bishop Fulton J. Sheen! Blessed Fulton Sheen modeled the use of technology and media for the good of souls. At Oxrose Academy, we continue to strive to follow these modern, saintly examples with our own unique set-up. The internet allows us to bring together families and staff from different time zones, yet we share a love for eternal truth and seek to disciple the students who enter our “halls.” Whether it’s discussing the great writings of Thomas Aquinas, doing the House challenges together, or gathering for an in-person meet-up, we strive to grow in our love for God. In cultivating love for God and His truth, beauty and goodness, we help students develop moral virtues and intellectual clarity that will serve them well for life and eternity.
